My game history is gone, levels and credits

I read in another post that there is no way to reset someone's game however I logged in tonight and to my surprise all of my game history, credits, completed bingo rooms etc are gone and the game offered me a tutorial as if I've never played. Is there a way to fix this? I am connected to Facebook so it's not that I'm not connected. Any ideas are appreciated!

Do you have a current support issue out? If so an support agent, may currently be in you games resolving an issue.
Try restarting your device.
If your game is still at level one, try deleting and redownloading the game.

If you have a storm ID and password for your games, you can try using a game in post 1 of the login thread to login into your games.
