cant get to other choices inspite of my leveling up

My storm id is 1yummymummy and the name of my cafe is yummymummy. I am in level 23. My problem is I cannot make all the cakes and drinks that corresponds to my level. My cookbook only shows 3 choices per general heading (bread, pie etc). Though I am in Level 23 already, I cannot make red velvet cakes, banana bread etc which are choices from lower levels. There is no arrow in my cookbooks that allows me to choose beyond the 3 pictures first appearing.
