The parts come from Cid he construction worker. He is the customer with the yellow construction hat on. After he eats a tool box bubble appears over his head, like the water glass bubble. When you touch the tool box bubble he says thank you and leaves you money and a construction part. Usually nails, occasionally a blueprint and very very seldom the much desired planks and occasionally a purple gem. According to one of the other threads, he shows up approximately every 30 minutes and there is a 1 in 5 chance that he will drop a plank.
