Bakery items won't load

I'm on a tab3.
Updated my device.
Cleared cache.
Uninstalled/reinstalled.

Normally when I clear cache the game items take a few minutes to reload but this time it has been several
hours and only a few basic items have loaded.

I downloaded my bakery on my iPhone to see if it would be ok there but it is pretty much the same. Messed up.

My other TL games are functioning as they should.

Suggestions on what I should do to restore my game?

Sorry to hear about that! Have you checked and made sure your settings for Notifications are on both in game as well as on your device?
