What kinds of things are gotten from going in an adventure?

I'm trying to decide whether to use my torches to go on an adventure or save them towards upgrading my mine.

Building supplies, rare items, money. It's similar to castle story ( if you play that) where you get random items you need/want.

Adding Adventure requirements, as I do them:
The Princess Tower: Needs 3 torches, 3 sandwiches.

[Rockylandia]

Every room in the castle requires three torches and a picnic basket, sometimes other things as well.
