Whoo! Gingerbread men and hot chocolate like last year.
Polaris North was mentioned too and the holiday feast.
Handy as I already have some unused resources from last year as I never got to finish the reindeer stable.

This year, at level 50 and all goals done, and 100 sugar made already I'm more than ready.

lol, still had 50 hot chocolate and 18 gingerbread in my inventory from last year..
but i'm not allowed to use them ? grmbl...
also have polarian tiles and logs and more left-overs ready for this year

Seems the Gingerbread we have from last year do not count, we need to make new ones, also the hot chocolate !
Oh well ...time to get kitchen working

I also have a lot of unused resources from last year, but I can't use hot chocolates from then. I had 15 in store, and they're not counting! Hope that's not the case with everything. Oh well, 3 extra cottages out of storage again!

I only had 2 hot chocolates. They were already counted in my kitchen for the holiday feast ingredients before I collected from the cottage. So while we have to craft/collect from new I'd say we'll have to make a few feasts to go to Polaris North.

To lower level players..I'd suggest you plant 50:50 wheat and sugar cane now to prepare for making sugar and flour for the gingerbread men. And keep collecting from those chickens!

I totally forgot to pull buildings out of storage in anticipation of an update. I will have to wait 4 hours to collect from my 2 cottages... and I'm going to build some more right now!

I've been maxed on beams and blocks for ages. I didn't remember cottages were so easy to make...9 more coming up

So I guess the questions are...

1. Can we have more than 2?......before I go and gem buy it I'd like to know if I can just build 2

2. Will it be a permanent? Or will it just make Xmas items?

I've been maxed on beams and blocks for ages. I didn't realize cottages were so easy to make...9 more coming up

lol - I only brought my total up to 5. The thought was that in 4 hours I am halfway there and in another 4 hours, completed. BUT... it seems it is actually a rare drop. So I may use up the rest of my beams and blocks and get 10 cottages down. And yes - I am SO glad I stocked up on beams and blocks. I was afraid I would max out on them before needing them lol. I still have 77 fancy beams and 88 fancy blocks if we need them for the bakery.

Also, I really like how the quest has a graphic in the goals menu showing how many steps there are total, and how far along we are (the dots on a line). A very helpful thing I hope they do in future quests as well.
