Just to clarify, the final reward for this chain is 1 Winter Bakery. You will get this item regardless of whether or not you purchased any Bakeries from the Market.
The quest was designed to be difficult (This is nearly a 3rd kitchen!) but it is intended to be absolutely completable without buying any Bakeries with gems.
