    Angry Pop-up Took Away Gems

    Playing cupcake Christmas edition, got a pop-up while finished level xmas11 saying "press okay to refresh game" several times. I had gotten 20 gems with the last goal keys (around level xmas9) I completed, after the pop-up they're gone.

    Please fix.

    My game is also showing that I did not complete level 10 which I DID and got the 3 keys for destroying 15 pretzel walls.

    The first set of gems was 5 and the last set I earned was 20 gems.

    My game is still showing level xmas10 is skipped which is impossible. Also my gem count is still incorrect.

    Anyone ???
