that is white truffle risotto. you will have to mine the white truffles (need the 3 of them) at the truffle forest (have you expanded there?) and the white truffle is a very rare item. also you will need to have 2 bowls of steamed rice from the sushi shop (have you expanded to the water garden and purchased the sushi shop? finally 1 cheese and 1 brown truffle butter (to make this you need 2 brown truffles and two butters with your dairy). 5 hours to cook at your kitchen. so you will need 30 hours to fulfill this order. or simply buy it from neighbors or newspaper (rarely on sale) for 1,200-something per each. to me, i need more than 30 hours to prepare 6 white truffle risottos. good luck.I need this item for a train order. p.s: what level are you? i think i got the order from plane deliveries at level 30-something if i'm not mistaken.

Try to aim for expansion towards the truffle forest. You will need papers to expand there and tools to repair the forest once you get there. Your deliveries and train ask for items according to your level. So the sooner you get there the easier you will be able to fulfil both orders and also easier for event that requires deliveries.
