The only reason we take screenshots is because others have had this problem before on past tournaments. It's not your fault at all! Next time I would definitely do it though. I would email TL right away. Especially if you spent gems on this tournament! Good luck. I'm crossing my fingers for you. I know how absolutely frusterating it can be!
Wow, sounds like lots of ppl had a disappointing tourney. I hope "982...3" (sorry, didn't get full ID!) gets his/her Yule Mule back!
I made it to the final round, and accidently dozed off for a couple hours. I had planned on speeding thru until I won. But when I woke up--tourney gone. I probably would've been mid battle and had it taken away anyway. So, I guess it saved me some gems...(?) I thought the animal was cute, though. We did tell them we wanted fewer flying animals, lol!
