You can only have 1 account per device, if that's what you're talking about.

Well 1 of each game Bakery ,Restaurant, Fashion etc.
You can only create one ID per device. That means that if you create myfirstid on your phone, it will be linked to that device and you can't create another ID.
You can play multiple IDs on each game. That means that if you have myfirstid link to your device and a friend is over and needs to check their game and their ID is iplayfashionstory, they can log in to the game on your device. So, you can play two games on one device.
At this time though, you can't login through Fashion Story. You have to log into another game like Bakery or Restaraunt Story.
Sometimes, you just gotta shake your head, so you won't pop off at the mouth.
