I don't suppose I have nothing new to add. All I have to say is we look forwards to this time of year hoping and expecting a little something extra special from TL. I don't know about anyone else but I look forward to BF sales every year saving my gems just so I can splurge. TL this year you have officially ruined my holidays. So thank you for that.
So true. This is it for me. I will NEVER buy gems again, and I buy a lot of them. That is over.
What a frustrating let down. They made no effort whatsoever for us.
They are just "sorry," like last year and how they will be next year.
