New Troop Introduction?

I understand in previous thread you said you'd look into this dark mysterious troop along with the 30+ housing space, but do you think it's more appropriate that the case is Open until we get an answer rather then closing it?
Leave case open until you can reply with a reasonable answer that many want to hear!
