So basically anyone without a unicorn shouldn't even bother trying.

I don't have any gem animals at all. I win every battles and tourneys. Why say something like that to discourage other gem less players? I'm just saying but not every battle are easy though.

My daughter has lost round 1 FIVE X now... What the heck is going on.

She has tried:

Lv 7 Rockodile (both atts)

It's because they only JUST changed it so Nature is no longer strong against Earth... so the way that you won previous battles may not work now However, even if the odds are less it doesn't mean impossible.

I've had no problem beaten earth with nature BUT the animals I'm using are above level 10

I used a nature attack for werewolf but it wasn't a strong attack or a weak attack what should I use

I took a look at my spreadsheet on battles that I am trying to figure out how to re-do with nature not strong to earth. I think your best bet if you don't have a unicorn is to try dark-water, dark-nature, or water-nature animals, any attack they have. They should be neutral, not strong, but that's better than having a weak element in there. Good luck and please post what you find that works!

ETA: the second change that seems to have occurred is that a strong + weak = neutral now instead of strong + weak = weak which is what it used to be. So there are a few more hybrids that will land neutral attacks on the werewolf and therefore have a better chance than one that is weak. These are: dark-fire, water-fire (steam trunk), and nature-fire. Again, use either element in the animal as your attack element.

Yeah it still shouldn't be a problem in the early rounds but it may be in the later rounds when the levels/rarity of opponents are much higher.
