I just got a new iPhone and added all my games back onto it but there's nothing there...even when I connected back with my FB. How can get all my coins back and all my games that I completed and was playing back please?

Did they ever respond? It happened to me twice- first with my iOS update on my old IPAD then when I purchased my IPad mini 3 weeks ago. Everything else transferred fine.
