Hallowe'en crashes can buy premium habitats

I'd finally managed to save enough gold to buy a diamond hybrid and was trying to decide between astromancer, which I like, and unicorn, which is difficult to breed, so I'm less than happy to have had 1,000 gold taken from my game.

About 10 days ago as I was scrolling across from my main island to the mined extensions the game crashed. When I reloaded it I was missing 500 gold. Finally noticed a yellow habitat had been upgraded. The game is unstable so I always pause between swipes and, as it crashed on the second swipe, I was in my farm area and nowhere near my yellow habitats. Even if I had been around my habitats it takes 3 clicks to upgrade to a premium habitat (4 if the habitat is full). I emailed support but haven't heard from them.

The same thing has just happened again but this time I was MINING when the game crashed and upgraded a yellow habitat.


So, I now have 2 unwanted premium habitats (one of them is empty & I've only placed 94/104 so have 10 spare), I'm missing 1,000 very much wanted gold and have had nothing but silence from support.
