    Can't make a purchase

    Okay so I'm tomb to buy gems and I keep getting: Error- user is not eligible for this purchase.
    What's up with this?

    Try deleting the game and redownloading from the app store.

    It looks like you're playing on an older version that's not currently available in the App Store. In order to make an in-app purchase, you need to be playing from a version that's currently available. Sorry for the confusion!

    Thanks it worked but I just bought gems and have the email confirmation but no gems....
