Value pack inactive

I have one game that I was able to purchase the value pack with runes, apples, and gargolem. But my daughters game does not show it available. I just purchased gems for her and she also has no access to the rune prune screen in her big farms since that last purchase. She doesn't want to loose her game. How do I fix it.

The Value packs go out to random games. Hopefully she will receive the next value pack offered.

Have her restart her game. I think the rune prunes are on page two, has she scrolled to page two?
