I have two new quests:
buy 3 Halloween decorations- bought 8- nothing!
Buy a spookey tree- does not show up on the store, instead I have a garden Globe deco now.
What is going on? I did restart the game etc, nothing worked.

Weird! I only have pumpkin tiles.
Same issue here (but I only bought 3 Pumpkin-Fetti Patch things at 2 gems each).
Force close did not solve either.
EDIT: Neither did deleting and reinstalling. Also buying another (my third) Ghost Trap for 5 gems didn't count.
