Delete all inactive neighbors/ select all when asking for material

Pleas add a function for deleting all neighbors that have been inactive for a certain time (1 month?)
It's a bit annoying when you have +200 neighbors and you don't know who's still playing the game or not.
Kinda annoying when asking for maps for example. Also a "select all" function would be great for when asking neighbors for material.
