I love the new goals. But, when I click to buy the wallpaper and floors (from the goals area) they are not in the store. Anyone else having this issue?

The question really is.. is there anyone not having this issues!!!

I scrolled through the tiles and wallpaper about 5 times each thinking I was missing it. I'm glad I'm not crazy

Same problem and I play on Android. Is there anyone else on another type of device that is able to complete the initial goal? Or is everyone having this issue across the board?
