Deep Sea Shooter will not download

I have tried many times to download Deep Sea Shooter. From my FFS game and from CS. I tap the icon, tap the "free" button and tap "install." I get the swirlie for a moment then it is back to the "free" button and nothing downloaded. I thought perhaps there is not enough memory on my iPad so I deleted a number of apps, WAY more than the 30.3 MB worth that the description of this game says it's size is, and still it will not download. Please help!

P.S. I did look for a Deep Sea Shooter forum to try to post in there but I did not find one.

Okay, never mind. I shut down my iPad and after turning it back on again, it downloaded.
