Stock up sales not on all devices?

Hi there! I'm new to this forum. I play castle story on 3 devices--iPad 1, iPad 2, and iPhone 5s. There are many stock up sales on both iPads but never on my iPhone. Does anyone know why that would happen? Thanks!

Gem sales (if that's what you're referring to) are sent to players at random.

Yes stock up sales for gems. I have been playing since the beginning. There are always sales for gems on my iPads but never on my iPhone...never. Gem sales on my iPads happen at least once a week.
