    Lost Coins

    Hi.

    I had around 14mil then won progressive and had around 35mil. Then it did something and I went down to $8,000. What happened to my coins? Thank you.

    I'm on an Ipad 4th with 7.1.2. No screenshots

    I won the 16mil on enchanted went to level 21 and it reset. Now it says my highest win was $17,700. Help
