Level 492 Crashing

Hi, I've beat level 492 twice with 2 stars. After the score results show, the app crashes. I pull the app back up, and I have no stars for 492. Can I get my stars back? I only have this problem when beating the final level on the islands--the app crashed when I beat 486 the first time and I lost the stars, but it worked the second time I beat it. Thanks!
