I cannot figure how to make the sugar cookies drop down. They are doing it sometimes, but I don't understand how it happens. If I am ever going to clear this level, I'm going to need to understand how to play it!

This is a tricky level! The Sugar Cookies will drop straight down in this level - this means that you'll need to clear the pastries that are in the column directly beneath them, which are separated from the rest of the level by Jelly Donuts and Pretzel Walls. It may be effective to use Sprinkle Shock to clear the rows with the Jelly Donuts, or to use CupQuake to try and clear the specific colors in the columns underneath the Sugar Cookies.
