Sell expired goal items for gems

I've recently restarted playing bakery story after stopping for about a year and a half. It's just as enjoyable as I remember but I do regret that I missed so many cool goal items in the meantime, especially the appliances.

So I was thinking, what if once a goal expires the locked items could still be available just for gems? It would give a chance for those who missed them to get anything they really wanted and it will provide direct profits for the company. Win win!

Having to pass by several pages of unobtainable items to get to new stuff is really pointless for everyone involved is all I'm saying. :P

I like this idea! But not for the items (I only missed one) but for the recipes. Some of them are locked also at restaurant story.
