Stun the gummy bear

I have a very basic quenstion....what does it mean when a goal says "stun" the gummy bear 3 times? At first i thought it just meant to hit the bear with the needed candies..but thats not it. Then i thought perhaps it meant 3 times in succession but its not that either. Lastly i thought maybe it meant that with one swap you get 3 relevant alignments. But thats not it eaither.
Could Someone please explain what it means to 'stun' the bear?

To stun a Boss Gummy Bear, you will need a strong enough match combination (about 20% of their HP) to damage them in one move. Doing so will temporarily stun the boss for a few moves. Hope this helps!
