My Bakery/Account was modified/hacked

3. Last September 7, 2014 at around 2 pm or 2:30 pm Philippine time my account was still OK, i have 900k+ gold and some 10 less gems as far as i remeber. My bakery name is DM's Cafe. When i logged in at around 6 pm i think on the same day, my bakery was totally different and my bakery name became Mary's Bakery. I'm not sure of what happened but i already emailed the support and have not received any replies yet. I'm just shocked as to what happened and i need an explanation.
4. I don't have any screenshots coz i'm not taking any snapshots of my bakery before.

I'm just totally frustrated to what happened coz i'm back to square one. The money on my account became 37k+ and no gems left.

Yep, finally they replied. I hope they could somehow shed some light as to what happen to my bakery.
