took my money from my bank account but did not give me my gold

I will put up with a lot, but when I bought gold and was not credited I checked my bank account and the money has been withdrawn. So they take real, US dollars and give nothing in return. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Where do I go to get my money back?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit android. I turned the phone off and back on, but It didn't help. Then I uninstalled the game and reinstalled but that didn't help either. I would like a refund or the gold. I don't think that is unreasonable.

Sometimes there can be a delay in getting the gold.
