Can someone please list the names and how-to's for the special spaces?

I can't remember which match makes which special space. Beyond the tutorial there is no where in the game that shows how to make each one, such as sprinkleshock or sugar rush, or any others. If someone could post the tutorial picks for each that would be wonderful and greatly appreciated.

The Sugar Rush is when you match 4 Pastries in a row. The Sprinkle Shock is when you match 5 Pastries in a "T" or "L" shape. The CupQuake is when you match 5 Pastries in a straight line. Hope that helps!
