First doesn't have a timer so don't think the 2nd will.

In the new thread for part 2, says the drop rate for the fragment has been adjusted so hoping you'll get yours soon.

Buttercup just announced that they've doubled the drop rate for the mystery fragment. We should all be able to move along more quickly.

There is not much joy in getting the mystery fragment today because my rate of skunkupine and fangbeast spawning has greatly decreased.

Yep... Happens every time....all the time. Whatever item, resource, you need in a goal becomes nearly nonexistent.
