New 101level creature

I have seen someone hatching it. How is this possible?

It's not level 101, we need to be at least on level 17 to get the Leopard Lightning and breed the rest of the electric type animals.

TL has put the expand only unlockable until we reach level 101 so no one could have access to the animal until the official release of this type, I've already update my game from 1.1 to 1.2 and I have the electric animals and habitats in my market, know I only need to expand to the Lightning Leopard.
