There's a current "flu" bug that these Cafe items are being asked on Android farms. Sorry about that. The team is currently looking into this to fix it for us. Here is the bug thread for this.

Cafe, tea leaves and coffee bushes are available on Android platform, on version 1.7.3 and up.

I know this is an older thread... but my oh my. It quite literally took everything I had to buy and build it. I also used i believe 20 gems to instantly complete the build process. I'm still trying to find what looks good or at least ok next to it (personally speaking). I do have a separate farm that has well over a certain amount of coins, though I'm still trying to save them coins on that farm too. So no more market buying for me for a while, I will have to make everything myself if I need it. I do have above a certain limit on my main farm thankfully, though it's best I save what I can for now of that amount.
