I am having trouble with number of bubbles on 536 as well. Best I've done is missing 3 bubbles for last blocks at the top.

Here's one tip for 536:
When you get to the section that includes a star bubble, work your way to and hit that bubble as soon as possible using a color of bubble for which there are either one or no toxic (poison) bubbles in that section, to minimize losing bubbles. Doing so will make it much easier to clear that section while having enough bubbles left over for the final stage. Because the hit on the star bubble is a precision shot, use the technique of shooting in which you press and hold, and adjust your aim until the indicator line of dots shows that you are on target for hitting the bubble.
