Hello,
So yesterday I got my first pony.
I fed it again a while ago and I turned another collection in just for fun.
I was in shock because I got another pony!
Immediately gave it some food and decided not to feed the first one until the 2nd one was hungry.
I left my farm and came back like 20 minutes later.
I called my ponies with the bell but only 1 turned up!
Just checked my farm again to be sure and now my 2 dogs are missing too!
Help?
Mine sometimes disappear if I have been in edit mode so I visit another farm to put the pets back in their pen. Deleting a message on my wall also works.
Try restarting your device. If they are still missing, send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can round them up for you!

We took a look at your account and it looks like you still have your Yellow Lab and Border Collie as well as two of the Carousel Pony. Like Kooky said, could you try restarting your device to see if you are able to locate your pony and dogs?
