Ummm I am not seeing the expansion either. It may be a level requirement. I am only on level 47.
I will try and get some information.

I am only level 34 and have the expansion to hot air balloon so it's not your level being too low.

Play often, help w/ requests & gifts. Looking for 1-2 40+ to exchange wisps I have great neighbors I gift but they?re often full. I gift back in order so it would be 1-2 days
Love the game & aesthetics, want it to look real/fun & true! During quests sadly aesthetics put aside for collections, but happy when over. Have expansions to improve as well!

Redownloading the game will not get the Balloon expansion.
Waiting for the community managers to come online.
Since it is not a level requirement, the balloon could be in beta testing and only released to a handful of players at this time.
We should have an answer in a couple of hours.

If it was in beta testing,then it shouldn't have been advertised in the update,it's confusing a lot of us
Again I don't have the spot to expand and I just updated the iPad I see nothing on my friends neither. Where it should be is blank the expansion spot

Even if it was a level requirement it would still show up, it would just say we need to be a certain level when we click on it. I'm hoping maybe I'll see it this afternoon since the update usually goes live around 5:30 on Fridays (ohio time for me)
