chocolate cake 3, jewels 15, silver 15 = 4 hours time

Step 4
Make Smoked Fish sandwich
bread 1, butterfish 1, 5 cabbage = 1 hour time

Step 5
Envoy to the plume hive
Allergy Potion 3, Fish sandwich 5, Faerie Gift 1 = 1 day time

Step 6
Rest in Cottage
Cottage 1

The Goddess tree is mentioned within the start text along with a discussion about azalea and the other one..... So I would say definitely a storyline update

How do i unlock the goal? I forced shut and opened the game and it is still locked. What do i have to do?

I don't know about the others but I finished all of my goals including the Goddess Tree.
Do you have the faerie Respite at level 5 ? also have you finished Team Azalee / Team Lila ? there's more than one goal related with the faeries .

Looks like you have to have the goddess tree and have finished at least part 1 of Azalea/Lila, possibly part 2 as well.
