Neighbors /community's wall

Ok maybe I'm completely blind and I'm missing it but I can't for the life of me figure out where I can write on people's wall when I visit can someone please help it's driving me insane! I'm sure it's going to be pretty obvious but I just don't see it thanks

There is no wall
