Do you have a lightning and kite dragon? If so try that combo for seahorse. I got mine on the second attempt using that combo. Hope this helps

Oh thanks, no I do not have Kite but have lightning but it's a baby right now and my evolution temple is so backed up with so many dragons XD So I am still using Virtue+Air
