    Question Help - Transfering a game

    Hi!

    I've got a new device now and I have no idea how to transfer the game from the old phone to the new one!

    Please, how do I do that?

    My old Phone is an iPhone 5 running the version Fantasy Story 1.2.1 in german with iOS 8.0.2.

    You can use the log in feature to recover your account if you've created a password for your account.

    If you did not create a password to your account and cannot log in using that feature, please write an email to support@teamlava.con and a support agent will assist you with the transfer. Thanks!

    As mentioned in the log in thread, this feature is currently only available a few games. You can download any of them to use the feature and recover your account. The feature is in the following games:

    iTunes

    Google Play
