It's just for pretties! I got one, bought 4 peony fence things (had to sell some of my other walls, grr), and left the other stuff alone. The bluebell flower is 2x2, and centered in the middle, so you can't snug it up against something else. But it's a smidge taller than my lady avatar.

I'm just complete the caravan and next step (visit to cottage) but I still can't place tea party. It's still "goal", but I doesn't see any new quest.
Dang, that's disappointing. I was hoping it would drop something that helps with Sister Sister
Anybody get the hydrangea garden? Does it have drops or anything? 120 gems seems steep for a decoration.
