problem with bingo room"rio games world"

I've achieved 2 star rating and 21/24 collectibles in the rio world games (2nd room). I continued playing for many times but the star rating bar is not moving anymore and I'm also unable to get the bal 3 collectibles. Please advise. Thanks!

I've checked out your game and looks like your progress bar is still going up. It may look like it's stuck because it's accruing slowly. If you watch closely, you will see the progress bar fill up a bit after you end your game. Please keep in mind that Collectible items show up at random so you will not receive them after every single game of Bingo.
