Cant play correct level-- plz help

The game wont let me play on the level I have advanced to.
The little game icon is over the correct level but when I click on it to play, it tells me I havent advance there yet. I dont have any idea why this is happening. I advanced to this level yesterday and played on it fine. I have closed out and shut down my ipad and turned it back on, but it still wont let me play on the correct level.
Any help?

Sorry about that! You should be able to play on the level you were previously on now. Please force close your game and check your game progress, please let us know if you're still experiencing this issue.

I checked out your account and it looks like you're on level 219 and I see your icon over this level too. Looks like you should be able to play it. Can you please try force closing the game and checking again?

If you're still unable to play level 219, please let us know. Also let us know which level you see the icon over.
