    Great Zoo Tour goal reverted back to beginning after leveling up.

    This is what happened right after I leveled up.

    Sorry to hear that, do you know how much progress you made in this Goal before you leveled up and it reset to 0?

    I am fairly new to the game and my game reverted back to level 12 and then went to level 13 without giving me a gem. I also had to revisit some community members because I lost credit on them.

    Sorry to hear that gracelinda, your account may have encountered a sync error which may cause your game to revert to a previous save of progress. To prevent these from occurring, you can visit a neighbor or force-close your game to ensure your device's progress is in sync with the servers.
