Anyone else have an internet connection issue when starting this game?

Most times when I've opened Pet Hotel Story, after a while a message comes up to check my internet connection. I play all my other TeamLava Games and don't have this problem and our internet connection is fine. Sometimes I have to start up my game about three times until it's fine. Does anyone else have this problem?

Also, why has the Robo-Rescue Room goal appeared for me again when I've already done it?

If you open the game and you aren't connected, please try force closing and reopening the game, which will force the game to try and connect again. To check to see if you are connected, try visiting a neighbor. If you're able to visit, you are connected to our servers.

Please note that some goals are not retroactive. If you complete a task or portion of the goal before you accept the goal, you may need to complete the task again to receive credit.
