Success in getting gems back?
Has anyone on here EVER been successful when emailing TL support and asking back for their gems when accidentally lost? I just want to know if it makes any sense or has worked out positively or efficiently for anyone.

Support issues are private between the player and Team Lava.
Most of the time accidental purchases are not refundable, but when support looks into your game there may be special circumstances that could change this.
