I have not gained any experience in days, and it hasn't increased hardly at all lately. I hit level 40, got a crystal unicorn and then experience stopped.

I am including 2 screen shots. One shows last week, the other is today. A week and very little progress.

I've already force closed and restarted. Do I need to reinstall? Or is this a bug in my game that needs fixing on TL end?

Level 40 is the maximum level. The bar for XP is set really high for level 41 intentionally, so you can continue earning XP. In the future if we raise the level cap, the XP you gained the full time will scale up ensuring that you get any levels that you already earned.

I bought 500 gems - had 814 total - logged off one day came back and only had 231 gems - does not make sense - any ideas gratefully received

My fantasy first story will not load. It crashes rite at the gems from friends page And gets a black screen. I have an iPod4 running iOS 6.1.6
My version of fantasy forest story is 1.4.3.
Help me I'm not getting a new iPod until April for my birthday and have been playing this game forever and am sad and mad it won't work.
If I uninstall and reload will that help? Will in loose any progress in my game??

Older devices may experience some issues when playing the game. Try closing out all background applications running.
Try going to settings- safari - clear data to see is this helps.
If you delete and redownload you will not lose any of your progress.
Make sure you have set up a storm ID and password for your games.

Thought I'd bring it up since nobody else has seemed to do it...

Is it just me or is the Cherub Cub so ridiculously large that it makes one want to sell it off immediately or just keep it in storage? Looking at my neighbor's Cherub Cubs, I'm utterly grateful I've yet to hatch this one since the largeness of it really detracts from the other animals in the habitat.

Was this a bug that will be fixed soon, or was it intended to make the Cherub Cub so unattractively large that it nearly engulfed the entire habitat its in? >.<
