Castle Story: 05/22/2014 EVENT: Infiltrate The Pyre Caverns

Hello please be patient with me I am new to this. I'm also pretty sure I am posting on the wrong thread. Hopefully some kind person can point me in the right direction. My problem is this :I have a pyre egg which I got within the time limit. I now need to give pyre crystals which can be obtained from the Pyre Cavern Adventure. Trouble is the Pyre Cavern Adventure is no longer showing!! I am aware there are many problems with the dragon quests but can't seem to find anyone else with this problem. Any assistance greatly appreciated ��

You need 10 coals to craft in the workshop into a crystal and takes only 2 mins

From Team Lava support and referring to the glitch: "(...)We are working on a fix and also planning on releasing a Goal that will include special rewards as compensation for all affected players (...)"

Does that mean ALL affected players, or only the ones that filed a ticket?

I still have the quest "What came first" I'm taking that as a clue to it's NOT been fixed yet?? I can't place that egg cuz I don't have it. I'm stuck in limbo.
