Castle Story: 05/22/2014 EVENT: Infiltrate The Pyre Caverns

well, I guess I'm done for this event.... with no dragon for scales & mithril taking two days to make I decided to buy some gems so that I could continue on in the event but having bought gems 48 hours ago I have yet to receive them. I am so deflated!!! I really want to keep trying for the three eggs but can't without the gems to skip through so that I can send my knights to the cave. I only received scales the first two trips & no more after that. I have sent all the info support asked for including a receipt of the purchase but I am getting no response. I hate that this event is timed & I have lost 2 days. I want my gems that I have been charged for. I want to get the eggs. I would love to be compensated for the loss of 2 plus days in a timed event. I am so frustrated right now & will not be making a in-app purchase again.

So sorry to hear u are having a tough time getting your gems. I have been waiting on a gem sale to purchase some gems which I haven't done in probably over a year. Now I'm a little concerned to do so. Please let us know if they get this fixed for u and I really hope they can extend this for u to get all three eggs. Any one else having this problem? Just curious. Thanks.

Which operating system to do have? I bought some gems yesterday on my iphone and received them instantly.

I've drained all my resources, but I finally got the sparkly egg! It took me about 30 trips to get all three eggs. I'm completely out of piles of seeds, so no more vital essence right now. I don't spend gems, so this would have been my last trip either way.

ipad 2... before sending a support message I did a hard shutdown. I also deleted the app & re-installed it. I've made sure all software is up-to-date. the only thing I could see being a possible suspect is that I purchased the gems early Memorial Day morn. I do not know why that would be an issue though. the game goes on whether it is a holiday on not.

Hey that is my track record too. Couldn't keep any of the extras. I'm still searching for the last sparkly egg.
